"Top-notch customer support"
I ordered a case and a couple of cans were messed up by DHL (not the company's issue). I brought it up in a survey they sent me, and just yesterday, I received a package from Jimmy's with four extra cans and a note saying sorry for the damaged ones, even though it wasn't their fault. Honestly, this is the best customer service I've ever experienced!
